ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANELS
Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) Panels are composed of a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene, bonded to two sheets of aluminum using a sophisticated bonding process involving chemical adhesives and high temperatures. The painted surface of the aluminum sheet is coated with a wax free high performance polyester coating. This provides increased durability and resistance to element weathering. Aluminum Composite Panels have become increasingly popular in North America because of its durability, ease of fabrication and extensive range of colors. The Aluminum Composite Panels provide excellent exterior wall cladding and a flatter surface compared to the much thicker aluminum panels, at a more reasonable price. When you desire larger panel modules or panels with greater impact resistance aluminum composite panels are the way to go.
